Valladolid

Our planned rest day in Valladolid

We had a long lie in, then after breakfast we packed a few more things to send on to Santiago. Carol even decided to dispense with her front panniers to further lighten the load.

Having resided in Valladolid for almost two years, the rest of the day was spent revisiting old haunts, seeing a few new developments, but above all catching up with old friends.

As you can see we also found time to have a well deserved swim and relax by the pool.

Tomorrow we would begin again!
